A concept case study exploring a brand refresh and digital system for a design studio preparing for expansion.
Challenge
Nova Studio had built a strong regional reputation but their brand identity felt dated and inconsistent. Their visual identity didn't reflect the sophistication of their work, their messaging lacked clarity, and their digital presence failed to communicate their full capabilities. As they prepared to expand beyond their regional market and target larger enterprise clients, they needed a brand that could compete at the national level.
Proposed Solution
We conducted a comprehensive brand audit including stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, and customer research to understand Nova's unique value proposition and market position. Based on these insights, we developed a refined brand strategy that emphasized their strategic thinking alongside their creative excellence. We created a sophisticated visual system featuring a custom wordmark, refined color palette, and typography that balanced professionalism with creativity. The new brand was rolled out across all touchpoints including a completely redesigned website, marketing collateral, and client presentations. We also developed messaging frameworks and sales enablement tools to help their team communicate their value more effectively.
Evaluation Plan
This concept demonstrates how a clearer position, consistent identity, and focused website journey could support stronger sales conversations. In a live engagement, baseline inquiry and conversion data would be agreed before launch and measured afterward.
